Short version: we keep your email so we can write back when there's something real to say.

What we collect on this site

When you join the waitlist, we collect:

• The email address you type in.
• The role you select (Builder, SMB Owner, Corporate, Clinic / Practice, Other).
• Optionally: the one thing you'd hand over first (free text).
• The page URL you submitted from, and a timestamp.

We also use Microsoft Clarity to understand how visitors move through the site. Clarity captures anonymous session recordings and heatmaps. It does not see what you type into the email field — it masks form input by default.

What we do with it

• We write back when Lantic is ready for you to try.
• We might send one or two short notes between now and launch, only if it's worth your inbox.
• We do not sell it. We do not share it with advertisers. We do not feed it into a model for training.

Where it lives

Your waitlist submission is delivered to lantic.admin@gmail.com via our hosting platform (Netlify). It is stored on Netlify's secure form submission system and, once we reply, in our email account.

Microsoft Clarity processes session data on Microsoft's infrastructure. Their privacy notice is at privacy.microsoft.com.

Your rights

At any time, you can:

• Ask us what we have about you — email lantic.admin@gmail.com.
• Ask us to delete it. We'll do it within seven days and confirm.
• Ask us not to email you again. We'll stop.

If you're in the EU/UK, you have the rights laid out in the GDPR. If you're in Australia, you have the rights under the Privacy Act 1988. Either way — email us and we'll handle it.

Cookies

We use Microsoft Clarity, which sets first-party cookies to track session continuity. We do not use any advertising or tracking cookies of our own.
